TERMS OF SERVICE
- SCOPE
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
Consumers are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and are therefore natural or legal persons who are not entrepreneurs.
- CONTRACTUAL PARTIES, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, CORRECTION POSSIBILITIES
Only persons who have reached the age of 18 and who are not limited in their legal capacity at the time the contract is concluded are entitled to conclude a contract with the online shop.
The purchase contract is concluded with GENTLE GLOW, Mag. Roman Schrank and Jasmin Neuninger.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the steps provided for this purpose in the ordering process and use the explained correction aids. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The receipt of your order will be confirmed by e-mail immediately after the order has been sent.
We accept your offer within two days by
- we issue a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail or
- we have the goods delivered or
- if applicable, the payment transaction is carried out by our service provider or the selected payment service provider. The execution time of the payment transaction depends on the selected payment method (see under „Payment“).
The alternative that is relevant to you depends on which of the listed events occurs first.

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet.
- TERMS OF DELIVERY
In addition to the stated product prices, there are also shipping costs. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
- PAYMENT
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:PAYPAL
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg („PayPal“), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal after the goods have been shipped. You’ll get more information during the ordering process.
- PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
For delivery within Austria and packaging costs, the online shop charges a pro rata lump sum of EUR 4.50, regardless of the number and weight of the items. Switzerland and Germany EUR 8.50. For other countries please contact us to get detailed information. Transport damage must be reported to the deliverer immediately.
- PRIVACY
The customer agrees that his personal data received by the online shop as part of the business relationship is stored and processed electronically. It is pointed out that data determined in accordance with this provision are collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of providing the service, in particular for the purpose of order processing and accounting. The online shop does not pass on customer data to third parties.
- RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment.
- WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
- LIABILITY
We are always fully liable for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
- in the event of injury to life, limb or health,
- in the case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in the case of promises of guarantees, if agreed, or
- as far as the area of application of the Product Liability Act is open.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely on (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability is limited to the amount foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded Damage limited, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
